National litigation law firm is seeking a senior-level litigation paralegal requiring 7-10 years of litigation experience. The position provides comprehensive support for special district, municipal, and civil litigation matters throughout all stages of a case, from initial filing through trial and post-judgment proceedings.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing litigation matters independently and supporting attorneys throughout the litigation lifecycle.
- Coordinating case management, discovery, document review, trial preparation, and post-trial activities.
- Collaborating with attorneys, clients, litigation support staff, courts, vendors, and opposing counsel.
- Utilizing litigation technology, e-discovery platforms, and document management systems to improve efficiency and case outcomes.
- Leveraging AI-powered legal tools for drafting, summarizing, document analysis, workflow automation, and e-discovery review while complying with firm policies and ethical guidelines.
- Anticipating attorney and client needs and proactively handling complex case responsibilities.
Requirements and Expectations:
- Strong experience in litigation support and case management.
